CookOff Schedule

10am
Teams can enter the area (this will be done in 2 shifts - teams will be notified on timing)

11am
Gates open to the public.

Chili Teams begin prep. (chopping, mixing, etc. - no cooking yet)

We will have food available for purchase, while you wait for the chili.

11:15 am‍ ‍

Meeting with Teams. (Review Rules, etc.) At stage area at Chicago Beef Joint.

11:30 am

The Beanpoles begin - live music.

Noon
GRFD to sound the alarm, and grills, etc. can be fired up.

1-5 pm

Face painting.

2:15 pm

Cornbread Eating Contest hosted by The Grilling Co.! At stage area - Chicago Beef Joint.

2:30 pm
Collect chili for judges.

2:30-4:30pm (or until chili runs out, so get there early!)
Judging and chili tasting!

3:15 pm

The Pioneer All-Star Band begins. Live music.

5pm
Announce winners. Stage Area - Chicago Beef Joint.
